TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Orders can be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

To process your return or exchange, please go to the link on your confirmation email, or contact support@graceandable.com for assistance.

Please have your order number and the email address used to place your order. 
Order numbers are case-sensitive. You can find your order number in your shipping confirmation email.

We will provide a USPS return label to send back your items. You can ship the return from any USPS post box or facility. 
You will receive an email with the tracking information for the returned or exchanged item.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and include the original packaging. 

We understand that you need to try the gloves to determine if they fit. That is ok, but if your product comes back USED or WORN, we will not be able to refund your order.

Once we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange per this policy.
We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES, as we understand that you may need to switch sizes.
Original outgoing shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. 
For items returned for refund, this includes the flat rate return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Full details are available on our Returns Portal.

REFUND TIMELINE

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for that to be completely processed. 

BACKORDERS

Backorders are items that are in production at the time of the sale.
Backorder items will be shipped within 28 business days of the initial order.
Your card is authorized when you order an item that is listed as a backorder, but no payment is taken.

Payment is only taken once the goods are ready to ship from our warehouse.
Orders that include a mixture of in-stock and backorder items will ship when the backorder items are available for delivery.
We cannot send multiple shipments for orders that contain a mix of in-stock and backorder items.

We will provide update emails to advise of expected ship dates for back order items.
